Travel Insurance
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance in case you're are not able to make your trip. We have found during our travels that it is well worth having the coverage, as it covers many unforeseen circumstances that may arise while on vacation.
Cancellation before registration deadline:
Your non-refundable deposit will be not be returned, but all other monies paid to Aspire Pilates Center will be returned to you.
Cancellation after registration deadline:
If we are able to fill your spot, your non refundable deposit will not be returned, but we will return all other monies paid to Aspire Pilates Center.
If we are unable to fill your spot, no monies paid to Aspire Pilates Center will be returned. Out of courtesy, monies paid minus your non-refundable deposit and a $100 administrative fee, may be applied to classes or products at Aspire Pilates Center.
If you are not able to attend the retreat but have a friend or family member that would like to attend, we are happy to transfer 100% of monies that you have paid toward your friend or family member. Both parties must notify Aspire in writing in order to transfer names.
If we cancel the retreat: All monies paid to Aspire Pilates Center by you will be returned in full.
